Dr. Luedke, is a leading expert on running biomechanics and the determinants leading to running related injuries. She is available at Valley Spine & Sport for a running gait assessment for treatment and prevention of pain and injury with running. Her PhD dissertation assessed the impact of running form and leg strength on injuries in cross country runners. She is a full time professor at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Running Gait Analysis
A 75-90 visit with a clinical exam and running gait analysis to correct adverse running mechanics. Individualized recommendations on therapeutic exercise, running form, shoe selection and return to run plan included.

Does insurance cover the gait assessment?

She is a licensed physical therapist (PT) and certified strength & conditioning specialist (CSCS). She is board certified in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS). She specializes in evaluation and treatment of running injuries as well as general musculoskeletal conditions.
She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (Orthopedic & Sports Sections along with the Running Special Interest Group), Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association and the American College of Sports Medicine.
Lace is also a lecturer for the Kinesiology Department at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She loves spending time with her husband and two children and being outdoors. A former NCAA track All-American at UW-LaCrosse, she currently enjoys training for and competing in triathlons, road and trail races and indoor soccer.
